My Daily Affirmation

Thanks to Shades of Pink for an absolutely incredible post on her blog that stirred my emotions and fueled my passion to create a personal affirmation!  I was very moved while reading and particularly by this statement.

“Goal setting is a multi-dimensional process. The first step is to have goals. Goals are the map. They are the destinations we want to reach. Affirmations are the route. You really do have to have both.“

The entire post is a great read and will surely motivate each person who takes the time to visit her site and read through it.  Take it to heart and let your imagination run wild to create your own meaningful affirmation that can act as a personal vehicle to accountability in reaching your goals.  It is with great pleasure that I give thanks to Shades for touching my life by presenting a message she shared with many others.  Thank you my MK Sister!  I appreciate you!

MY DAILY AFFIRMATION

It is a brand new day.  I get excited thinking about my goals, they put a smile on my face.  My focus is to keep my eye on the prize.  I will track my progress each day.  I will make note of the successes and challenges and plan to focus harder tomorrow.  This will help me to stay on target and meet my mark.  I will read or listen to books or people who have paved the way before me realizing their dreams.  I will surround myself with people who support me.  Only joy will be allowed in my heart and in my thinking.  I will keep my dreams alive with enthusiasm.  I will be diligent to commit to my goal within the time period I have chosen.  I will remember to love myself each day no matter what happens as I work toward my success.  I may fall down a thousand times, but will get back up a thousand and one.  I CAN do this.  My goals are within my reach.  I see myself at the end having earned my goal.  I believe in myself.  It is a new day.
